Contact the desk

One address reaches the desk that writes this magazine.

Studio intercom panel and a clipboard of message slips hanging beside a door marked with a hand painted on air sign in amber paint

The desk reads one address: [email protected]. Every message is read, and the useful ones change the magazine: a mileage figure that was too generous, a window date that moved, a station that changed hands, a storm story we should tell.

What to send

  • Corrections: name the page, the figure and what you observed instead. Reception reports are welcome, with your location and receiver.
  • Station news: launches, license renewals, frequency changes and quiet sign-offs in your county.
  • Filing window intelligence: channel searches, point races and buildouts from your own application, told as experience.
  • Podcast projects from small stations: we review process, not production budgets.
  • Partnership and sponsored content enquiries: read the sponsored content page first.

What we cannot do

We cannot give legal advice on an application or an interference dispute, and nothing on this site substitutes for the FCC’s own guidance or for an engineer’s study. We do not broker equipment, and offers to purchase this domain go unanswered. Legal notices belong to the address on the terms page, privacy questions to the privacy page, and questions about how we research to the editorial policy. For everything else, from corrections to the EAS guide to additions for the dial search guide, write to the address above.
